My story is a little messy, though messy, my journey has proven to be effective bringing me into remission recently with ZERO pharmaceutical or OTC. Working closely with my ND, eating correctly, and taking herbs, oils, homeopathics, vitamins and minerals I've been blessed to bring my Hoshimoto's.
